SOURCING OF RAW MATERIAL

The company procures the Raw Materials required for its products from reputed manufacturers and suppliers who are recognised for their performance. The list of Raw Material includes, Creosote Oil, Phenol, Rosin, Castor Oil, Gums, Sulphonated Castor Oil, Tar Acids, Cresol, Xylenols, Linseed Oil, Fragrances , Perfumes and scents. The active raw materials such as Chloro Xylenol, Chloro Phenol, Mixed Chloro Phenol (MCP), Benzyl Chloro Phenol, Sodium Hypochlorite Solution, Mono Chloro Ortho Phenyle Phenol (MCOPP) etc., are procured from Enzed Chloro Products Pvt. Ltd. The raw materials after the receipt are tested before being released for manufacturing purposes and some of the natural products are graded, mixed and blended in the proportion to give best results.

The finished products are packed in Glass bottles, Plastic Jerry cans and these are packed in corrugated cartons of suitable ply to reach the destination safely. The products are colour marked for easy identification and to avoid mix up.
The goods are released into the market for sale only after they have been certified to comply with all the prescribed standards of quality by the quality control laboratory.

Two packs of each batch are stored at the laboratory to periodically check the quality on passage of time upto its specified expiry date and thereafter.
