- Dimku
is chlorinated coal tar.
- Functionally a good insecticide, fungicide
with a very high anti termite value.
- Dimku
is not soluble in water but soluble in Mineral
Terpentine, Benzene, Acetone, Kerosene
etc.
Applications :
Make
1:2 solution of Dimku with Mineral terpentine
for use in foundations and wall spraying
for preventing termites.
The
solution of 1 kg Dimku in 2 ltrs of Terpentine
will be sufficient for 5 cft of foundation
material and for surface coating of 100
sq.ft. area.
For
foundation, mix the above mixture with 5
cft foundation material and put a layer
of 2-3 mm thick on foundation and then apply
cement.
For
wall coating the same mixture may be painted
with the help of a brush.
